On the recommendation of another thread thought I'd check out the New Look curve range. What in the world is this? Can you imagine wearing it out!

I saw a woman wearing a pair of those furry mules the other day. It was raining... not a good look, with the mud & everything.

VeryCunningStunt · 16/09/2017 20:55

That top with these jeans. This season's hottest look.

Pigeonpost · 16/09/2017 22:56

Surely those jeans are a piss take right?!?!ShockShock

JanetStWalker · 17/09/2017 00:07

I'd rather wear the kinky suspender jeans than that lacy tit doily t-shirt!

ElmerFudge · 17/09/2017 00:17

The fact that it's in the Curve collection is saying - big girls can wear a lace bralet, as long as it's attached to a large grey t-shirt. Assume thin girls just get the bralet sans t-shirt?

WiggleYourWoo · 17/09/2017 09:03

Absolutely hideous, and the jeans too!

Spam88 · 17/09/2017 09:12

Surely a bralet should be under your t-shirt? 🤔

Those jeans 🙈

RubyGoat · 17/09/2017 09:14

The model wearing those suspender jeans has an expression on her face like "seriously...?" The bum & legs don't even seem to be the same size, bum is a fairly snug fit & legs are quite loose.

AnnabelleLecter · 17/09/2017 09:14

It's ridiculous and ugly all in one. The look precisely no-one is after.

AuntieStella · 17/09/2017 09:21

The lacy bit has to be based on the sort of broderie anglais tops that places like Hollister were selling this summer. Which are great, worn to show of tanned midriff.

Trying to extend the season by putting it on a tshirt is a little - um - peculiar.

DD and I have a game of 'find the most hideous item on the sale rail'. The winners are all clothes where people have mashed styles together with unfortunate results - because it's not 'witty' or 'a new take on a classic' it's awful. I'll be looking out for when this item appears on sale rail as a contender!

ChinUpChestOut · 17/09/2017 11:55

Those jeans. That model is thinking "Sweet Jesus. This is a new low in my career. Thank fuck I didn't get the grey t-shirt with the lace bib."

Wheelycote · 17/09/2017 14:46

That's awful!!!!

Wheelycote · 17/09/2017 14:48

Wheelycote · 17/09/2017 14:48

Janet lacy tit doily shirt 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Wheelycote · 17/09/2017 14:50

I'd have had trouble getting my legs through the right holes on those jeans and you could forget it, if I'd had a drink😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

Floisme · 17/09/2017 14:53

I like a bit of ridiculous fashion. Just because I wouldn't wear it myself doesn't mean I don't enjoy seeing it - makes me smile.

I can understand posters getting cross with M&S when they put fast fashion before basics but this is New Look... I still shop there myself sometimes but it'll be a sad day when I walk in there and want to buy everything I see.

EnidButton · 17/09/2017 14:58

No-one can carry that off. No-one.

tissuesosoft · 17/09/2017 15:01

This was available in New Look over the summer, velvet and ruffles!

FlaviaAlbia · 17/09/2017 18:28

It helps if you're thin, gorgeous and carry yourself well EnidButton Grin

Spam88 · 17/09/2017 19:43

tissue that reminds me of a dress my friend had to wear for a school play once (fondly referred to as the curtain dress). It was hideous and we teased her about it endlessly...until we each ended up wearing it for various other plays...

SpikeGilesSandwich · 17/09/2017 20:14

I love the model's face in the pink ruffled number, she is clearly cringing with embarrassment Grin
