Best black jumper

I'm looking for a nice loose black jumper - any recommendations?

Can be v neck or crew neck. I didn't get on with Bodens cashmere v neck one

Uniqlo?

Yeh I really want to get a uniqlo one but they never stock xxl which is the size I want (despite being a 12) to get a nice slouchy look. The xl clings to my mumtum

I find the men's ones a much better shape and slouchier.

I just ordered the black crew neck from Hush. Collecting tomorrow so can let you know how it fits.

I got a lovely Jigsaw one last year. I also think French Connection can be good for jumpers - I had a whole load from the outlet shop that washed on a darks wash and looks good for ages.

The Uniqlo mens (cotton and cashmere mix) jumper that I have in black looks good but sheds so badly that I no longer wear it!

Hush crew neck is lovely, and slightly slouchy. Will try to post a pic for you later.

Expensive but cost per wear and all that.

I second looking at men's versions, much slouchier as they are cut more squarely on the body than women's, and easier to find bigger sizes. M&S men's cashmere has always been great for me and washes well I think it's good quality for the price. I have a massively oversized cashmere jumper from H&M which is from the women's and the perfect shape (the sleeves are cut to be extra sloppy) but I wouldn't recommend as it smells a bit strange even after washing many times. This buying from the men's section has meant that DP has started sharing my cashmere collection though so be warned!
