Chic everyday earrings

I have two little ones and don't have time to mess with jewellery in the morning. So I'm after some nice simple, chic earrings that I can leave in overnight. Some simple studs which are comfy enough to sleep in and maybe some tiny hoops. Hit me with your suggestions! Nothing that will make my ears go gummy please! I have quite a few nice silver studs from Etsy but often they prove uncomfortable when I put my head down at night!

Have a google for 'huggie' earrings - can have a bit more impact, but very easy to wear and sleepable in.

Like these ... having no post at the back makes them comfortable to sleep in ...

I would say huggies also.

I love Astley Clarke for ever so slightly different studs. I have a few pairs and I wear them all the time

dirty £500? Shock

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 15/09/2017 18:13

I buy 99% of mine from QVC (I don't work for them Wink )

Love silver Diamonique (CZ)
I have some silver CZ set huggies, size of a new 5p.
I mainly wear studs .(And I don't take them out at night either)

TheRattleBag · 15/09/2017 18:23

Are the hoop earrings not called sleepers any more then? Gawd, I feel old!

70isaLimitNotaTarget · 15/09/2017 18:37

Sleepers are wire that you slide the thin bit into the tubey bit
Huggies have a lever but that goes in the ear and 'click' securely so 'huggie' your ear Smile . But they're round , not like creoles that have a straight lever and hang down

If they're tiny (like the ones I have) you need small lobes or they pinch.

These are my favourites I can keep them in days before I realised I haven't changed them in a while

Thanks for all the suggestions, lots of lovely earrings!

I was Shock at the link you posted dirty but after scrolling down found done lovely affordable ones. There are also some stunning ones but £695!!!!

Looks like Huggies could be the way forward. rattle did you get your ears pierced in the late 80s by any chance!? Sleepers are actually what I'm looking for but they don't seem to exist any more, certainly not like they used to make them!

I love those hearts pink - are they light? I can't wear anything heavy as one ear was pierced too low down so I can only wear super small light studs.

Pearl studs? Effortless and chic. Unlike the rest of me 😂😂

dirtyprettything · 15/09/2017 20:57

Mine are not £500!!

wobblywonderwoman · 15/09/2017 20:59

I am in a similar boat and wear faux pearls. But I often use clip ons (they look really nice)

TheRattleBag · 15/09/2017 21:46

Chloe about 1976 actually - I'm an old gimmer!

I like this website for stud earrings

pinkblink · 16/09/2017 09:19

Yes they are hollow, I forget I'm wearing them

Deux · 16/09/2017 09:30

I know you're looking for studs specifically but I bought these at a party a friend had and I've worn them to death. So easy to wear and put on and take off.
