Christening outfit and hair

DS will be christened next month, it will be a bigger event than I was expecting and I want to look fantastic. I have fine hair in a bob and though I have lost just over a stone since DS was born I am still probably a 14 -16, 5'8", c section pouch and big boobs. Plus I look daft with a fake tan, and can't wear high heels due to a dodgy ankle. Ok perhaps fantastic is out of reach Grin but any hair do or (breastfeeding friendly-ish, preferably) outfits that will make me look vaguely presentable?
Thanks.

What's your budget

Hmmm. Very maximum is £150 for the outfit. My hairdresser is reasonably priced.
