Buying Clinique online

Have any of you had a problem with Clinique customer service?
I placed an order a few weeks ago and when it turned up an almost £30 bottle of lotion was missing from the box, even though the delivery note said it was included.
Clinique have been pretty much ignoring all avenues of contact. I've filled out the form online 3 times, I've tweeted, I've emailed. I have gotten nowhere, bar 1 or 2 messages saying they will look into it, then radio silence.
I can't afford to just write this off. I think I used my credit card or PayPal so I am going to see if I can claim the money back or do a charge back, but I thought I'd check to see if any of you have had issues of this nature. Thanks!

They'd always been great before;they give you so much free stuff! But it seems if anything goes wrong at all they will literally ignore you.

Hope you get this resolved. Tell us more about the free stuff?

Lol, yes, this ⬆️⬆️😬

When you buy stuff they usually add extra mini mascaras, moisturisers etc. Sometimes even free lipstick etc. Due to this I always presumed their customer service was good behind the scenes, but this recent experience has shocked me a bit!

Have you actually phoned and spoken to them? I'd do that.

If you have a high following on Twitter I'd suggest tweeting about the service and including an @Clinique as the last thing they want is a SM rant.

I've never had a problem with them. I order all the time.

I've already tweeted at them. I got a reply when my husband retweeted as he has way more followers, but then that fizzled out to nothing as well.
