Washing the Wonderbra ultimate strapless?

Does anyone have any tips to get it clean without ruining it? This is the bra with the "hands" so I know it won't be able to go in the machine.

I try not to wash it very often so that the 'hands' don't lose their stickiness...but when I do I put it in the handwash cycle of the washing machine and it seems to be ok so far (only washed it twice though)

Handwash it only.

The bra essential has a solid plastic 'breastplate' which I broke on a very gentle wash.

mine broke too in the hand wash cycle. I bought one of those lingerie bags to put it in, but it won't fit! Very annoying

Mine broke too in the wash, the solid plate bit under the cups, completely cracked, so gutted!

I have had a few of these. When I washed on its own on hand in machine wash it broke. When I wash it with a full load it's fine
