I need a going out top to go with heels and skinny jeans (dark blue)

I want something
that covers my arms
shows a bit of cleavage (but not too much)
not clingy on the stomach
Colour is fine but so is black.

I like that River Island top.

I have it Skippy not worn it yet though!

I like that top but worried it's a bit shapeless so will make me look biger

Wanted longer arms, maybe elbow length to his my bingo wings!!

I'm going out with people who run marathons and do tough mudder so all very slim and fit!
