Navy blue eyeliner? Good idea?

I usually wear a very neutral brown/taupe eyeliner. My go-tos are Mac Earthline or Mac Duck. I am wondering if anyone knows of an eyeliner which has a bit of navy in it that is subtle. Absolutely no sparkles and it has to be a cool or neutral shade.

I haven't worn a blue make-up anything since my early twenties when it was all the rage. Now in my mid-fifties, cool-toned skin, dark blue eyes. If anyone thinks it is a v bad idea I would love to hear that as well!!

Laura Mercier do a navy blue cake eyeliner that you put on with a wet brush. I used to use it (and liked it).

Clinique Quick liner in blue grey sounds like it could be a good start but if you want to go straight to a proper blue then Lancome Ombre Hypnose Stylo in Bleu Nuit is a lovely deep shade and very longlasting.

estee lauder double wear eyeliner in sapphire. It's really dark blue, and looks much softer than black. I can't wear brown eye makeup at all.

Well I had a look for the Clinique but no tester... The Lancome was a very thick crayon, more for an eyeshadow, I think?

I tried on the Estee Laudee one, and I agree it is like a soft black or v dark grey. Lovely colour. However it had the strange effect of making my blue eyes look grey! I didn't buy it in the end, but I may go back for it.
