First time having any kind of massage/treatment done and I don't know the etiquette or what to expect Blush help!

Feeling strangely nervous, don't want to do the wrong thing!

The massage therapist will help you, tell you what to remove, etc. Then you just lie there as they go about their business! If anything is uncomfortable, tell them. They should keep you informed of what they're doing.

Hope you enjoy it and that it relaxes you Smile

There's nothing at all to worry about and don't forget that they have seen/heard it all before!
Normally they will take you into the room and ask if you're suffering with any stiffness or tension etc. Then they'll ask if you prefer a firm or soft pressure - it's ok to say you don't know when it's your first time.
Then they leave you alone while you undress.
For a back, neck, shoulder massage you need to remove your top and bra. Often it's more comfortable to remove your bottom half too if you're wearing jeans or something that might be uncomfortable when you're lying down. Leave your knickers on.
You then get under the towel/blanket face down in the table and make your self comfy.
Then they'll come back in and start the massage.
They'll usually tuck the towel in the top of your knickers and lower them down a little so they can reach the bottom of your back properly.
Enjoy!
