Breaking out in spots

Not sure if this should go in style or health but going here for now!

Over the last week I've broken out in spots. I usually get the one or two around my jawline before my period starts and might get the occasional one elsewhere but this is like another level.

I've got them on my forehead, cheeks, chin, around my nose, back of my neck. I even had one on my earlobe! Nothing has changed that I can think of lifestyle wise or product wise. Not changed face cream or wash, don't usually wear make up but not changed that, not changed shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent... can't think of anything else external that could cause it. I don't think my diet has changed and I've always drank a lot of water.

It doesn't look as bad it probably sounds by my description but I just don't understand. Could it be a hormonal thing at my age - I'm 31?

I had this a couple of weeks ago and the only thing I'd changed is that I'd been eating allot of red meat. Not sure if it was that though haha I also had a really bad period last month.

Maybe take an anti histamine and see if that helps?

Hormonal levels can change with age, environment or diet. So totally possible that something has altered your levels.

Have you noticed any changes in the oil levels in your skin or redness levels (inflammation)?

Stress, lack of sleep?
