So I get quite a few alot breakouts & my skin is currently feeling very bumpy & dry.
I've booked a gp appt to see if they can give me anything for the spots as I'm sick to the back teeth of them all. I feel so bloody ugly right all the time it's making me miserable.

I'm intrigued to see what products work for people & whether there is anything that anyone recommends? Thanks!

This has completely changed my spotty & blackhead prone skin into being clear and blackhead free. I've been using it for approx 4 months, after I heard it being recommended by a dermatological nurse on a radio prog i was listening to. I still can't believe it works, after all the years I had spotty skin. It might work for you.

I would recommend something with salicylic acid for after cleansing. I use the Nip & Fab salicylic pads, which are often on offer in Boots/Superdrug.

Then keep your cleanser/moisturiser simple and non-irritating. I like Cerave but lots of people like Cetaphil.
