Any recommendations?

Real Techniques are supposed to be a good high street brand. Dd1 swears by them. I could get some higher end names if you want... depends on your budget really.

I like Mac for eyeshadow and eyebrow brushes but their bigger brushes aren't great.

I have quite a few Spectrum brushes that are great for blush/highlighter.

I can't speak from experience but the real techniques brushes seem very popular amongst various bloggers I've come across

PollyPerky · 10/09/2017 10:05

Bobbi Brown blusher brush is brill. had mine for about 4 years.

Real Techniques

PinglePongle · 10/09/2017 10:48

Eco tools, also made by real techniques but so much nicer and feel more premium

asongforthelovers · 10/09/2017 10:49

Zoeva or morphe.

PaperdollCartoon · 10/09/2017 11:19

Morphe are better than Real Techniques (I have both) and you can get more comprehensive sets.

olderandnowiser · 10/09/2017 16:13

I've just bought a set by beautyjunkees because they are recommended by this blogger that I follow and apparently they are softer than some others. This blogger has often been spot on in the past.

Ollivander84 · 10/09/2017 16:35

Zoeva and spectrum

MmmmmmmChips · 10/09/2017 16:43

Eco tools are not made by Real Techniques

What is your budget, what kind of brushes e.g. usage and how into makeup are you i.e. Are you going to do really detailed looks or a quick 5 min jobbie

StewPots · 10/09/2017 17:27

I've recently discovered Spectrum brushes thanks to Birchbox, I think they're fantastic.

AhYaBastart · 10/09/2017 17:52

Real techniques! Zoeva are good too. You can get some cheap sets on ebay/amazon that are surprisingly good.

OCSockOrphanage · 10/09/2017 18:20

I have been pleased with a set from Beauty Pie, but it's a subscriber site so may not be for you. The brushes are pretty good and much cheaper than MAC or even Real Techniques. I have a few from both companies. My favourites came from Boots Ruby & Millie range a few years ago.

PinglePongle · 15/09/2017 20:19

Eco tools and real techniques are both owned by paris presents

ladyofourmadhouse · 15/09/2017 20:21

Morphe brushes are amazing, just as good as mac imo

Bluetit1976 · 16/09/2017 14:38

I've just treated myself to some real techniques brushes after watching some of their videos on youtube. Found some in Asda on offer @ 3 for 2 atm. So got the expert concealer, angled foundation and expert face brushes.. Very pleased with them. I'd recommend watching their videos as they give tops on other uses for their brushes too

IlonaRN · 16/09/2017 16:05

Eco Tools are nice

fivefour3twoone · 16/09/2017 16:07

Where can you buy the real techniques brushes??
