Heist tights

Anyone tried them? Are they worth the money? I'm a bit podgy round the middle, and am tempted by the idea of tights that don't create a muffin top.

I found them good but they had a tight band around thigh level. I complained and got a free pair which I gave to my daughter. She loves them and has bought other pairs which she uses for things like interviews and when giving presentations.

I liked them for comfort but as one laddered the first day I wore them I won't be buying again.

I like mine. I got the 80 denier and they are soft, comfortable and seem fairly strong. I erred ln buying a larger size than I hoped I'd be and they're not big at all so would recommend sizing up if between sizes. If you're in the market for fancy tights they are better than Wolford and Falke. I used to love Tabio but they aren't as good as they used to be.

But & Other Stories do something called "Shaping Tights" which are also really good, high waisted, no muffin top. Only 40 denier but fairly opaque. They're half the price of Heist - and Heist are good but they're not twice as good.

Thanks all - easpecially for the tip-off re the & Other Stories versions. Might give those a go first, especially as the Heist website seems to have sold out of lots of sizes.

Heist are really excellent and I have reviewed several pairs on the Hosiery For Men blog. The tights are marketed for all genders. They come in high and low waistband versions, are seamless and everything about them is quality.
