Anyone ordered 'The ordinary' products from Victoria Health? Put in a £50 order to try the range as I have heard great things. Now worried as ordered nearly 12 days ago and nothing! They said they sent it first class....

Yes, i use them for The Ordinary products. I time my orders for about two weeks before I need products. This is for delivery to France.

I am a regular customer and get excellent , next day service . You need to look into this, sounds odd . I usually have to sign for deliveries .

I've ordered from them lots of times, never any issues.

They've always been great for me. In stock items pretty much always arrive within two working days and often the next day if I ordered in the morning. Think yours must have got lost in the post.

I've been using them for about a year now. Always very quick delivery if the item's in stock, and lots of update emails when it isn't. Customer service replies promptly too. Have you tried contacting them?

They're always good for me EXCEPT for The Ordinary products. The wait for the foundation was embarrassing

Hmmmm. Yes they replied the first time but second time no. Have a feeling I am being fobbed off as they don't have enough stock. If that's the case wish they would just refund me and I could look elsewhere. Does anyone just order direct from The ordinary?
