Visiting Deciem store in London - the Ordinary

I'm planning on going up to the Covent Garden store on Monday to get some Ordinary products, hopefully with some advice. Has anyone been? Are they helpful?

Also, is there anywhere close by I can go shoe shopping? I have size 9 hooves, and don't want to spend too much.

I hardly ever go up to London. I'm inordinately excited!

I think you may be my twin, I have size 9 feet, am eyeing up The Ordinary products but need advice and also get excited at getting up to London occasionally.

As for the shoes, I find hardly anywhere that sells a 9/43 actually holds them, you need to order online instead. 'Tis very frustrating and why I detest shoe shopping.

Unfortunately, Wench, I have weird shaped feet so I need to try them on. I used to be able to get to Brantanno, which had all the tiny & massive shoes, but it's closed now. I also detest shoe shopping. Sad

As an aside, QVC now have Deciem show and stock their products

I've not been to the Covent Garden shop but the staff in the Spitalfields one are super helpful and really know their stuff. There's loads of shoe shops in & around there, but it's all pretty much standard high street stuff as far as I can think of (Aldo, Office, Kurt Geiger etc).

I am bumping an old thread whilst searching for this subject

Has anyone visited the shop in London
Deciem - The Ordinary
I love some of their products but would love some face to face advice , some sniffing , sample and matching in certain products
My nearest Boots has a small stock but no staff know anything about it
I'd travel to London if I thought it would be worth it for the " Lush " type of experience
Unlike most stores , I'd love someone to approach me and give some personal recommendations
Has anyone been , how was it ?
Thanks all
