Anyone tried these? Are they horribly synthetic? Just need a couple of plain, non creasing shirts for a conference.

I have a black one and a light grey one. Mine hang beautifully and wash really well, so yes go for it.

Thank you!

What does "silk touch" feel like?

Tantpoke · 08/09/2017 21:13

Plus you can always return them if you don't like them

Tantpoke · 08/09/2017 21:14

it feels very soft and light to touch and it hangs in a nice flattering drapey way, like silk.

Trills · 08/09/2017 21:19

Is it a slippy sort of texture?

Tantpoke · 08/09/2017 21:22

no its not like satin if thats what you're thinking. Not slippy at all or shiny.

Tantpoke · 08/09/2017 21:24

its soft, possibly slippyish but in a good way. Its not thin either its a good thickness, enough to float and drape but also hold its shape

rubybleu · 08/09/2017 21:30

They are viscose, there's not much silky about them. I ordered a few this week for work & they're mostly going back - I don't really see the fuss.

hollyisalovelyname · 09/09/2017 10:33

I hate viscose.
Iron marks show so easily.

bananafish81 · 10/09/2017 01:38

I absolutely live in mine

I have them in white, black, pale blue and just bought one in the Ines de la Fresange collection in black and white polka dot (it's not branded silk touch but it's the same material and style just a different colour way and in the Ines collection)

ilovecherries · 10/09/2017 07:48

I'm waiting for pale blue and the blue polka dot to arrive. I don't really have 'conference' clothes any more, and I will be staffing an exhibition stand so want to look reasonable smart. I also want them to come out of my case needing no more than hung up in a steamy bathroom.

I bought one today - it's more ivory than white (but I'm thinking its a tad see through, so I need to make sure I have my good skintone underwear on)
I needed a white shirt that didn't irritate my neck, gape over my bust or pull unattractively at my waist.....or need ironed .

TBH, I wouldn't have given it a second glance if it wasn't for this thread, so hurrah and Thanks
