Colourpop do so many amazing shades and is always so cheap and cost effective but incredibly pigmented, longlasting and similar to high end brands. Could have a look at some swatches online? Highly likely they will have a dupe for this shade. Also, i always put a oil free lip balm under a matt colour if you want it to be slightly glossy and not dry or prome to crack. Sometimes a gloss over is too much if thats not the look your going for (unless you warm it up in the back of your hand and dab) x
