Boden kids' sizing for adult?!

I usually buy size 6 for tops (size 8 for bottoms) at Boden. I'm 5'5. I'm tempted by some of the t-shirts/tops in the girls' range - should I get age 15-16 or 13-14?

If you're size 6 get 13-14 or maybe even a size smaller. The 15-16 is more like a women's size 12. I have only bought tops.

I am size 8-10 on bottom i but age 15-16 in jeans. They are great.

How tall are you all? Are the legs long enough on jeans for an adult (am about 5'6" but relatively long legs)?
