Does anyone use Australian Organics? feel ripped off

Bought some body lotion online, the purple one, purchased from Amazon as threads nowhere near me that stocks this now
I used to use this regularly as I loved the strong smell
I don't know what has arrived as it has barely any fragrance at all, almost none
Have emailed the seller and they insist there's nothing wrong with it and the manufacturer hasn't changed the formula
I cannot for the life of me find a customer service number for Australian
organics to check myself, it's pissed me off, not bothered about the money just disappointed

I am always wary of buying cosmestic from Amazon. Hard to know if they are real or fake.

How frustrating. My thought with Amazon is that sometimes stock might be very old (think a few years plus) and most cosmetic products have a 12 month best before on them because they lose their colour/fragrance after this time. I bought some moisturiser from Amazon not so long ago that smelt lovely for about 2 months then just smelt of chemicals so I suspect it was near the end of its best before and the packaging was an old style too which was a bit of a giveaway.

This doesn't smell off anything, just barely any smell at all, it used to be so lovely, didn't need perfume at all when using it , it smelled so good , and like I said no where near me sells it now
