What would you wear with this skirt?

I have no imagination. What colours would you wear with this? The model is wearing black but I don't really wear black. Grey? Do my tights and top and shoes have to be the same colour?
I have completely lost all fashion sense over the last few years. Please help me!

I've got that skirt sitting in my Joe Browns basket. The brochure has a lovely burgundy wrap top on the same page - I've got that in my basket too. I'm going to wear black tights and ankle boots as I don't like coloured tights.
