hairdressers what should I do?

I had my hair cut a couple of weeks ago (fairly new salon/stylist) and overall its fine but my fringe is all different lengths and looks awful when I have to have my hair tied back for work. I don't really want to pay for another haircut already as it's quite pricey - can I go back and ask them to look at it for me again? Really not sure what the etiquette would be or what I should do?

Yes I'd go back and ask. A lot of hairdressers offer free fringe trims between haircuts, and others for a small charge.

I'd visit and explain that you don't feel the cut is working for you and explain why, and ask if someone can resolve this for you. If they say you'd have to pay for another full hair cut, tell them that you will leave them a negative review online, and that you'll take all further business elsewhere.

Ring around other hairdressers if the above happens, and tell them what's happened, and ask them if they'll tidy it up for a small charge. You could even say that you're willing to book a haircut with them for x month in the future if they sort out your fringe for you.

Thanks Argeles that's helpful. I did like the salon and would like to stay if I can. I do need to get my courage together and go in and ask.
