what to wear with these boots?

I bought these recently from ebay quite the steal at a fiver.

Wondering what to wear with them would like to wear them this week.

Am thinking maybe leggins, khaki vest with open denim shirt?

Khaki or black shirt dress and leggins?

any ideas am stuck.
