Dress/tunic help

I've been on holiday and I'm watching back episodes of Only Connect. On episode 5 was a team called 'Lapsed Physicists'. The woman in this team was wearing a maroon/brown (hard to tell) button-front long-sleeved dress or tunic with a fox print on it.
I can't seem to formulate a google search to narrow down correctly to it. Does anyone know where it's from?

Sounds like Joe Browns last winter. I have one. They have the same style with squirrels this years but lots of other fox print things.
