Comfy smart shoe recomendations please?

Last min panic. Off to a fairly smart conference for work on Mon. Usually work from home, so don't have much in the way of an 'office' wardrobe, and just discovered I actually have no decent flat smart shoes. (Was sure I had some back up basic black pumps)
Complication is I'm 37 wks pregnant, so also need something super comfy for schleping round a conference centre for 3 days.
Does anyone have any recomendations before I shell out next day delivery for some foot-lacerating duds?

PS. Will be wearing with both slim and wide leg trousers. And probably a knee length dress at the inevitable conference dinner

Have to preface this by saying I really don't belong in Style & Beauty.... But, have a look at Clarks Hamble Oak if brogues are in any way up your street. Properly comfortable.

Could you get to a TK Maxx tomorrow? They have lots of makes and styles in every size, that would be my go-to place in your situation.

Shoes really need to be tried on, and walked around in, especially at nearly 9m pregnant!

If you go to tkmaxx, I bought some "heavenly feet" sandals there last year. If you see anything in that range definitely try it, they are the most comfy sandals ever.

The weathers on the turn get some hamble oaks from clarks

Greenvalleymama · 02/09/2017 23:02

Yes, ^^ Heavenly feet at TK Maxx, definitely!!

Haven't rtft but M&S shoes are super comfortable and you can find some quite nice ones that won't make you look like a maiden aunt.

Thanks all, will be making a quick TKMaxx dash tomorrow.
