Lip filler still lumpy

Getting worried now. It's been 8 days and my lip is still lumpy and uneven after having 0.5ml of boltero filler.

The nurse that did it said it could from 3-14 days to settle but Jesus I thought it would be sorted by now.

Is this normal? It's really annoying me.

That is not normal. You need to go back to the nurse.

Candyk · 02/09/2017 23:12

Does that mean I'm just adverse to filler in my lip?
Obvs I know it can be dissolved but does that mean I can't have any lip filler in future?!

Been having filler since I was 19. My nurse has always told me to gentally massage them.

HotNatured · 02/09/2017 23:16

8 days is normal, it takes up to 2 weeks to settle, don't worry

Correctly administered lip filler should not give you visible lumps. What collegen was used?

Candyk · 03/09/2017 08:08

Boltero , I read lumps are normal for a few days just thought it wouldn't take this long

It depends on the lumps so to speak normally lumps mean the filler hasn't been injected deep enough into the lip but impossible to say without seeing the lips. I would go back to your nurse. Is this your first time?

Also I would use Juvéderm in the future.
