Anyone else find their range completely overwhelming? I can't get over the multitude of products and barrage of sciencey sounding blurb. How many products can you possibly get through?

Having said that, I do love their rosehip oil and lactic acid toner. Foundation, not so much, I found it too matte and chalky. Great prices. But why so many products? Anyone explored their range in detail?

Because they are all for different things, they make pure ingredients with intergirty and claims they actually work. Not everyone needs every single product. It's been reported that if your really unsure messaging customer service a bit about your skin they will suggest the right products for you.

There's another thread here. The MNetters on it are both new to The Ordinary and those that have been using it a while. I found it really helpful. There are also links to helpful information about regimes and suggestions of products.
