Introducing acid toners

I've bought Paula's choice 2% and the Nip & Fab glycolic extreme fix night pads in an attempt to sort out my acne/shit skin.

I was wondering how often to use each one, which I should introduce first (if it makes a difference), and how long to use one before introducing the second?

Many thanks!

Cautiously. Always a better idea to adopt a softly softly approach with active ingredients. Seeing as acne is your problem I’d introduce the 2% BHA first, maybe every third day for a fortnight. If you don’t have any adverse reactions I’d then try one of the Nip Fab pads on alternate days. The key thing is to listen to your skin and not to overload it. If your skin starts to feel sensitive stop using them.

P.S I love that the title of your thread sounds like you're introducing a punk band. Grin

Ha, Acid Toners is a great name for a punk band!

Thank you, I shall proceed with caution Smile
