Best foundation for dry/combination skin?

Desperately trying to find a foundation that won't break the bank! I have quite dry skin around my nose/ under my eyes but my skin can get quite shiny on my forehead and chin, I also have very red rosy skin that is prone to spots so need something with full coverage that doesn't look cakey by lunchtime, preferably high street... am I asking for too much?

I have combination skin and the cheeks are quite dry but the centre t zone is oily. I am using the Revlon one. It comes in combination and dry variations but I normally use the combinations one. I have a bit of high colour and it seems to cover that ok. Colorstay, that is the name of it. A liquid.
