Black tie gown for 15 year old - anyone seen anything suitable?

DD1 has been invited to a swish event that is mainly for adults. Dress code black tie and women will mainly be wearing long gowns.

She's looked in a few obvious 'prom dress' type stores, but the selection is all tight and low cut, or very short. She and I agree that she will dress like she's 15 and not like an adult.

Budget is max £100, ideally less.
She's 5'4'' and slim with an hour glass figure. She likes to emphasise her tiny waist and not draw attention to her larger bust and hips.

She hates pink and purple, and we've ruled or black as looking very adult.

She has some silver ballet pumps she'd like to wear with it. I can lend her a clutch and jewellery.

Anyone seen anything?

Word of warning about Little Mistress (linked above, I think sold in HOF) - they have very nice designs but the backs are nearly always that horrible ruched elastic which makes them look cheap - no idea why they do it!

DD20 has had formal dresses from ASOS, Boohoo, TKMaxx, Miss Selfridge, Forever 21, even Matalan.
