help...jeans needed for short fat me......

size 14/16, 5 foot nothing, 29 inside leg, haven't loads to spend, next or M&S my limit

want high waist, not leggings or jeggings , don't want boot cut, just straight leg, dark blue jeans with maybe a teeny bit of stretch in them for comfort

petite dept usually too short for me but normal length 31" too long

please help

Primark skinny jeans are amazing-they have stretch and do various inside legs.my jeans from there are 2years old and going strong

Ohhh you just said you did not want jeggings type jeans-why-they are very flattering

Try Sainsburys. I bought some dark blue straight leg jeans there for less than £20, they donloads of styles.
I'd second having a look in Primark too. Their jeans are very good.

M and co high waisted straight cut jeans in short length - about £20. I love mine and I'm a shortie

I tried sainsburys but they were very few sizes available and no staff to help

I like the John Rocha jeans at debenhams. I'm wearing the Elsa, straight leg, high rise, incredibly soft and available in regular and short as well as petite. And 25% off today, making them £30. I'm a 14/16 and wear a 14. They aren't my holy grail jeans, but they are more than adequate till I find them!

I haven't worn jeans for a long time, due to faff it takes to find a decent pair, but have taken the plunge and just bought these M&S straight leg ones . Very good fit and v comfy. They come in a variety of lengths....
