Growing out Pixie Haircut

It's now at that awful stage trying to grow it so can have a bob with fringe...any ideas how I can wear it at the mo so it doesn't look a real state

No idea but following as I'm in the same boat. Resorted to wearing a skinny Alice band yesterday as I couldn't get it to look tidy.

Is it straight? Maybe Emma Willis slicked back kinda thing? Or landgirly with a headscarf?
