Dress idea here

I have one 'real' breast on right size 36C, but no breast on left. If I can't wear a bra, how can I make my left breast look normal? My 'old' ballgown has a high neck & full shoulders iyswim, so whilst it's lovely, I fancy something a bit sexier.

I guess if you got a dress with fairly padded cups you might be able to add more on one side- have you got a prosthesis and/or strapless bra?

I saw this style and thought it might be an option.

I'm assuming you don't have a prosthesis? If so, I found these on the M&S site. I have no idea if they would work but seems like an option. Reviews are ok but suggest sizing might be a little tricky.

Meant to say, you could wear one inside a regular strapless bra. This one is excellent, gives a lovely shape, stays up 🙌🏻 & the edge sits close to the breast so you don't get that weird step between real breast & bra.

Gorgeous dress OP.

I don't know where you live but companies like Rigby and Pellar in London do a personal bespoke fitting service. They help women of all shapes and sizes. It might be a little more expensive but it is worth it and very good quality.

I think I've seen some post surgery strapless bras somewhere but I can't remember where sorry! I've also had a mastectomy and it has restricted the type of tops / dresses I can wear, I've had to get rid of some of my old clothes- very annoying!

Thanks for advice so far - lots of good ideas. I do have a prosthesis but in a strapless gown theres nowhere for it to go.

Sew a pocket inside the dress to take the prosthesis? I did this for my mother in laws swimming costume.
Use a bandeau style strapless bra?
