SLS & silicone free shampoo needed

Can anyone recommend any SLS and silicone free shampoos please?

Wavy hair. Didn't get on with curly girl no shampoo method, but I have a sensitive scalp.

Currently using the body shop rainforest one (not sure about silicones?) and not loving it.

Thank you!

I use this from Amazon. Can't get a link on my phone so have grabbed instead.

It's ace and smells delicious.

I've got Fruits of Nature from Amazon. Have seen some of their range in TK Maxx too. I really like it but pricey so have bought some I found in Tesco that were on offer but I can't remember the name of them!

I also have wavy hair and a sensitive scalp - it's a never ending search for me - I have so many part used bottles of shampoo in my bathroom. I'm currently using L'Oreal low shampoo - it's SLS free but I think it does have a tiny amount of silicone. It's the one that works best for me at the moment though. I also like Kiehls Amino Acid shampoo but it's expensive.

I'm currently using (and enjoying, if that's the right word!) Redken Curvaceous High Foam for curly and wavy hair. I bought it because it has no sulfates or parabens.

Palmers have a coconut oil range in Superdrug and Sainsbury's...all sls free. I have a sensitive scalp and these are fine

I love REN, also their conditioner

It is silicon free, not checked on SLS

It's a very gently cleansing shampoo and conditioner

MrsT2007 · 29/08/2017 18:39

Fan of the Palmers coconut here too.

Pureology.

Dr Organics are recommended by the wavy girl FB group. Not tried them yet but had to give up on curly girl too. Just left me looking like a greasy sheep. Not the look I was aiming for.

Vichy Dercos Ultra Soothing (on offer at lookfantastic at the moment) - definitely SLS free, looks to be silicone free too. Definitely the best SLS free shampoo I've used; foams like normal shampoo, hair feels soft and shiny, and they do oily and dry hair versions. I hated that Body Shop one, left my hair feeling like straw!

SheStoodInTheStorm · 29/08/2017 19:52

Thank you! I will check these out!

My hair has never been glossy and tumbling but I am tired of it not looking washed as soon as it's dry Hmm

Loreal low shampoo

ElfrideSwancourt · 29/08/2017 19:59

Roots and Wings shampoo is SLS-free, and Urtekram- both available from Ocado and Amazon

misscph1973 · 29/08/2017 19:59

Green People and Faith in Nature. Bumble & Bumble, a bit on the expensive side, but lasts ages.

Thanks Smile
