How do you store your nail varnish?

I don't usually bother with my nails so a pot of varnish will last ages. A while ago I bought a neutral OPI varnish (very expensive for me!) and when I went to use it recently I couldn't even open it as the top was stuck to the bottle. Very annoying as I had only used it once or twice.

Anyway, I want to try bothering with my nails again, I am even going to dare with the Apple Red shade, but how can I store them properly?

I have a shelf in the door of my fridge! That's stops them going thick & sticky! It doesn't stop the lids sticking though, just try to make sure there's not too much varnish left round the top of the bottle when you put the lid back on!

I have them all in a shoe box!

Well I've got an IKEA Helmer for mine, but that's probably more than you need! Grin

Get some pure acetone on kitchen roll and wipe round the top of the bottle after you use it. In future, don't bother forking out for OPI, Barry M are much better for a fraction of the price.

I keep mine in the fridge. They do occasionally still thicken but a drop of remover & a good shake usually sorts them.

Apparently keeping them in the fridge isn't good....don't shoot the messenger!!! Grin
