Excema - has anyone done an allergy test that uses your hair?

Keep getting patches of excema which are not only painful, red raw but they look terrible too. Had a look on internet for allergy tests, saw one that you give a hair sample but dont want to fork out for this if it's a common thing they say you are wheat intolerant etc etc. Has anyone ever done one or has anyone got any excema advice, it's driving me mental! thanks x

Don't use an online allergy test. They are only good for lightening your wallet, they aren't reliable at all. Go and talk to your GP. Most eczema isn't related to a specific allergy e.g. a foodstuff.

Please see a proper doctor. A steroid cream to treat the flare up and an emollient to manage it between flare ups is what you need. Don't give money to charlatans online who will say you are 'sensitive' to apples or something equally ridiculous.
