What top with this skirt? (Pic)

Help! I am wearing this skirt for a smart/casual family occasion (not a wedding). What top do I wear?! For practical reasons will be in red flat sandals probably. I am slimmer on top than bottom so not a floaty style top. Thanks in advance!

I'd wear a black Bardot body .

I'd go for red on top rather than black, just something to lift it.

Would you wear a pink, red or black fitted blouse in a sheer material? A black fitted high neck or v neck cardigan with pretty buttons or fitted v neck lightweight jumper? A black short sleeve top?

Fitted black top, maybe sleeveless.

Thanks all, off to shops at lunchtime. The only problem with a strappy top is the bra strap issue.

Get a good strapless bra , don't wear a stroppy top with straps , it will ruin the outfit .

Thanks guys. Tried on a red blouse in Zara but looked bit frumpy. Then picked up tight black top similar to last e.g. on thread in Gap which looked good - will post pic later if anyone interested!

I think tight black for sure . I think it has a tendency to be frumpy but the right too and shoes will amend that ! Love to see the pic !

I got the skirt from H & M about a month ago. A bit of a find! Think I will get to wear it in all seasons.
