Aging décolletage

So at the age of 39 my face doesn't look too bad and I often get told I look much younger, but my chest is staring to look worse for wear. I don't have wrinkles, but more redness and just 'rougher' looking skin. I do sunbathe, but never go below factor 50 and moisturise the area religiously.

Any tips to reverse/ prevent further damage?

Sounds as if you're doing as much as you can tbh. Sunscreen all the time, moisturise daily, ect. Maybe introduce a serum?

I treat the whole of my neck and upper chest with all the same products that i use on my face and have done for years. (49 now) I have a little flush of redness there all the time, but that's all and i consider myself lucky. Sometimes over the sunscreen i put a little dab of pale foundation and blend it out for occasions/nights out to get rid of any redness.
