Neutrogena Light Mask

Just been looking at his online and I'm quite interested as my skin is so terrible since I had a new coil fitted.

Does anyone have one? What is your experience? Would you say it's a worth while investment?

I'm just keen to find out what others think as it's quite an outlay for me but I'm getting desperate!!

I have one, it's done my skin the world of good alongside other things - diet changes and a remedy from a medical herbalist. I think the light has made the biggest difference though. I haven't used it since Wednesday night and a few spots have crept back so need to make sure I use it tonight and consistently from now on! My skin has always responded well to sunlight though, so I thought it was going to work before I bought it.

As your acne sounds hormonal I'm not sure if it would work as well, but still the principles behind it (on colour light for bacteria and the other colour for swelling) mean it should work for any type of acne regardless of the cause. Is there any way you can change coil? For hormonal acne a low GI diet and less dairy would help too.

Love mine, I'm allergic to cows milk & no dairy never helped me as much as this.
