Arch supports for in sandals?

Bought some nice Blowfish sandals for on holiday. They fit and are comfy but are very flat. After an hour or so today my feet ached like hell. I usually wear shoes with good arch support as I have flat feet.
Are there any arch supports that can go in sandals..stick on or similar?

You can get cheap ones at orthoticsonline website.

They say they stick but they do come off, so it depends on the sandal whether they can stay tucked in?

I also have custom ones but they only work in snug shoes not so much in sandals. I've pretty much given up on sandals Confused

I always wear orthopaedic sandals and flip flops, orthotics in sandals don't work very well.
I'm currently wearing these flip flops:

I can walk for miles in them and they have a fantastic arch support.

Fit flop shoes/sandals & boots are designed for arch support.
