Help me choose a dress for my hen do...

Hello MN'ers,

Terribly outing if anyone knows me but I'm an open books so no bother.

My hen do is coming up and while it's mainly a secret I've been told it's 1920s/Gatsby/flapper girl theme and I'm to 'dress to impress'.

I'm a size 22 so not exactly flapper girl material

That being said I found some amazing Gatsby dresses online and have narrowed it down to three...

Plum is lovely but the gold is very wow. I vote gold.

Purple one or black/gold, not keen on the silver one but I couldn't put my finger on why.

Gold, no question. You're the hen! The black is much too sombre and so is the plum really.

I think the purple/plum is nicest, but I tend to go for more understated looks, as it is your big night you might want to go for the more glitzy gold option. I think the plum would look amazing with gold shoes/accessories
