Could these boots be worn with dress/skirt?

I think they are a bit tall for jeans.

I'm not really sure what they would go with, I agree with pp that they are too tall for jeans and I think the height may look awkward with skirts and dresses also

Gorgeous, but a tricky length to style. I would try with a v short mini OR with maxi skirt that covers the first inch of the boots.
