Can anyone find me something similar?

I love this!
But I don't want to be crippled by shipping charges.

Could anyone find similar from a U.K retailer? I love the colour and style

Is it nightwear/lingerie?

CantRememberHoliday · 25/08/2017 20:10

That's what my parents said when I asked them if they had any ideas Blush

Maybe a different material would be better

You could try asking on Mrs Gloss and the Goss, it (they?) have a slightly younger average age.

What's that Silently?
I'm just on MN for other advice and wanted to occupy myself and thought someone might know of a good site.

I just really liked the 2-piece and the colour really. Not so keen on the lace effect.
I thought it'd look good for one of my freshers events but maybe not Grin

That looks like 50s style underwear to me Hmm

PuffinNose · 25/08/2017 22:50

What Katie Did?

PuffinNose · 25/08/2017 22:50

Ah. Just seen it's not underwear.
It does look a little Miley Cyrus-eaque though. But I'm old so my thoughts might not matter.

CantRememberHoliday · 25/08/2017 23:43

Yeah, okay. Forget that idea Grin Blush

I had wanted it since July but didn't realise it was that bad. That's the exact reaction my mam had though!

I've seen this as an alternative but I'm not sure if I like it

That looks less like you forgot to put your clothes on. It does look like beachwear though?

If you don't like it, you won't feel comfortable in it.

When I was at uni I had a bandana top, literally a triangle of fabric which a couple of strings, for want of a better word, that you tied at the back. It was satin with chinese style blossons and storks and things embroidered on it. I loved that top. I did however spend all the time I was wearing it constantly checking the back was still tied properly and on more than one occassion, someone tried to undo it. So I'm always warey of tops with tie backs.

But oh, I loved that top and was a little devastated when they weren't fashionable anymore. I kept it for years in case they made a comeback but finally had to admit I shouldn't be allowed to leave the house in it again, ever.

Oh dear, I think that second one would make you look like a giant baby! Could you describe the look you are going for and we could maybe find a classy version?

CantRememberHoliday · 26/08/2017 00:15

Basically I wanted a pink playsuit but I'm too tall for the majority of playsuits so thought a 2 piece would be better.

My friends all go out in scarves puffin. They use pins to fasten them to look like tops.

Boo Hoo have lots of playsuits and jumpsuits, just ordered the latter for a wedding. They do tall too, might be worth a look. Lots of 'younger' stuff on there
