Just wondering if anybody can recommend a good foundation, medium or high coverage and under 15 quid I have normal skin with oily chin and nose!

Cheers x

Max factor facefinity is good for the price. My all time favourite is Beneft Hello Flawless, but that's over budget.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 25/08/2017 19:11

The No 7 one could be worth a try, especially if you can get it with one of their offers.

SukiTheDog · 25/08/2017 22:16

No7 face match thing. I dint use foundation often but, since I was matched I've binned my over-yellow foundations and feel much more natural. Everything just looks better...blush shade and lippie, for wearing the right base.

I love dream matte mousse from
Maybelline, I have the same skin type as you too

Californiadreaming15 · 26/08/2017 08:37

L'Oréal Match foundation is the best high street one I have used. Doublewear took a back seat for it.

JoeMaplin · 26/08/2017 08:41

Bourgeois healthy mix (red top) is great. Easily as good as the clinique I also have.

Butterfly1975 · 26/08/2017 08:45

Maybelline Fit Me Matte is brilliant for oily skin. Was recommended to me on here and is the best I've tried as I don't have to keep powdering my nose all day!

Tigerpaws57 · 26/08/2017 17:28

Max factor Lasting Performance. Coverage is as good as Doublewear but much less mask like. Lasts till you remove it at night. I love it.

Gah81 · 26/08/2017 22:23

Max Factor is brilliant - all of it, IMO.

SylviaPoe · 26/08/2017 22:26

Fit Me.

The best by far.

Mollypolly2610 · 26/08/2017 22:32

The new Avon all in one foundation is very good and definitely non-greasy.

Juicylucy1800 · 27/08/2017 14:45

Maybelline fit me foundation is a great cheap foundation. Medium coverage with a matte finish.

ClosedAuraOpenMind · 27/08/2017 21:22

I bought Bourjois healthy mix after reading about it here....can understand why people rave about it. covers well, but not too heavy, reasonably well lasting, what's not to like??Wink

OyWithThePoodles · 27/08/2017 22:48

Revlon Colourstay Combination/Oily. Good buildable cover, lasts well, good range of colours.

Elledorado · 28/08/2017 04:24

Another fan of Revlon colorstay in oily/combo. I havent tried the maybelline though or the MF. Can anyone tell me how they compare?

CremeDeSudo · 28/08/2017 08:46

Marking place as I'm still searching for my holy grail high street foundation! Also have combination/oily t zone. I suffer with hormonal spots and have red marks that need covering.

I recently bought the Revlon Colorstay and I think it's awful! Too liquidy. Hard to put it on without leaving the lines from my brush. Once it's on it's ok though. I was going to investigate whether I could return it!

I like No7 Beautifully Matte but I'm not convinced the palest colour is pale enough!

L'Oreal Infallible is probably my favourite-I should've bought it again this time but was drawn into a 3 for 2 Revlon offer!

So reading with interest!

PerfumeIsAMessage · 28/08/2017 08:49

Maybelline Dream silk liquid is the best high street for me. Bourjois health mix is good, but even the lowest number is too yellow toned for my colouring.

Elledorado · 28/08/2017 09:34

Creme - did you try the oily skin colorstay? I find the normal skin one is awful like you describe

CremeDeSudo · 28/08/2017 10:23

Yes just double checked and it's combo/oily!

DamnDeDoubtanceIsSpartacus · 28/08/2017 10:30

The Ordinary have started to do foundation, mine arrived yesterday. They are good, great coverage. I blend mine with some moisturiser or illuminatior and it mixes well. Lasts all day, feels light on, all for under 6 quid, bargain!

MaryLennoxsScowl · 28/08/2017 12:02

I have some Bourgeois tinted moisturiser that's lovely, it's not quite the right shade but you might be lucky and get a good colour match - they only do three shades. It's light with decent coverage and doesn't make my nose greasy. I have normal skin with a slightly oily t-zone. I kept it to use on a small patch of vitiligo as the slightly too dark foundation makes the white spot blend into the rest of my face. I use Laura mercier candle glow on the rest of my face after a giant hunt for wedding makeup, it's the best colour match I've ever had but it does make my nose a bit shiny and I have to top up powder there. But that's probably not what you mean by high street!

Deathraystare · 29/08/2017 09:25

Revlon Colourstay Combination/Oily.

Agreed. I have it on today (Buff) and when my eyes run as they normally do (nothing to do with make up) it did NOT run down my face. Bonus!

LemonRedwood · 29/08/2017 09:31

I love this one from W7:
www.w7cosmetics.co.uk/collections/w7-foundation-makeup/products/matte-made-in-heaven-buff
