Are these better quality-wise than those without the Made in Britain leather?

There's a significant price difference.

I would think they're pushing the ethics of it rather than just the quality. If it's British-made the cost price will be higher due to higher wages, plus it's more likely to be European leather as opposed to Far East. One of the reasons AllSaints are expensive is the Italian leather.
