What kind of shoes?

I'm starting a new job soon and have bought myself a (mostly) new wardrobe to go with it but am struggling for shoes to match!

I will mainly be wearing black cigarette trousers or a black pencil skirt (with/without tights) with blouses- some patterned, some block colour. I also have a few dresses to wear with tights too.

I'm 5'11, walking to work and a Reception teacher so need them to be flat, durable and able to cope with me constantly kneeling/squatting. Any ideas on styles?

I should add that the teachers tend to dress quite casually at school. I've gone smarter with my clothes to be on the safe side but this means I have a bit of leeway with shoes!
