Recommend me an exfoliator please

I have neglected post-newborn skin, and no time/money/effort for a facial. I usually buy stuff that's as lightly or unperfumed and fussy as possible, as I tend toward cystic acne - although my hormones seem to be playing nicely right now.

What can you recommend to make my skin feel a bit more fresh? I have a moisturiser that I get along with (a CVS Cerave dupe), but an exfoliator for sensitive skin would be v welcome.

Try a chemical exfoliator. Much more gentle than scrubs but essentially do the same job by dissolving dead skin!

Pixi Glow Tonic was my gateway product into this world. It's quite strong though but you only need to use once or twice a week. All those little flakes disappear forever and it really perks the skin up. I now use Biologique Recherie P50 but it's £££

Actually here is a sali hughes article on them - might give you some ideas to try

I really like Dermalogica Microfoliant.
No smell and I can use it everyday. My skin is also sensitive and prone to outbreaks of the teenage variety.

I use Dermalogica True Start scrub:

It's amazing stuff. I used to get quite bad spots but they've disappeared since using this range.
