Smart Workwear

Where do you all shop for work clothes?
I'm 6ft tall, between a size 16 and 18 and need to look quite smart, but also want to be comfortable.
I usually wear black trousers and a fitted black top or shell top, but feel scruffy and need to smarten up my act - I need trousers, smart tops, jackets, skirts, dresses and can't see anything. I used to rely on M & S but the quality there is just not what it used to be at all so I'm stuck.

I must not be the only one struggling...

Hobbs, Jigsaw, Uniqlo, COS, John Lewis. Some bits from H&M, M&S etc.

Thanks, I've never looked at Hobbs or Jigsaw before, will check them out. I actually think there is Hobbs in an outlet village near me.
I've seen a few dresses on Boden in the meantime that might be worth me trying too.
I have bits from H&M and M&S, but I find they wear out quickly and I look tatty...maybe I just need more clothes so I wear them all less and prolong their life!
