Hairdryer recommendations please

My hairdryer has packed up (only 2.5 years old) so I'm in need of a new one.

Any recommendations? I've looked at Parlux but there's too much choice...is a particular one better than the others? Or is there any other brand really good?

Yes, parlux is what you want. Cheapest one will be better than anything else.

I'd go for the lightweight version of the Parlux as the heavier versions aren't great when drying your own hair if you do anything other than wrap drying. I have the 385 but there's a newer version out now.

I'd invest in the ghd air - it is the fastest-drying hairdryer I've ever used. I wouldn't use anything else now.

It's a good price too!

I'm debating wether to upgrade my parlux to an ionic one. I have the basic one but it's like to know if they're really a difference.

I went into Boots and asked if I could try the hairdryer at home (just the strength not full on dry my hair with it). They said that was fine. First one was rubbish so I swapped it. Second one was great.

GHD vs Parlux then! Both are good prices, I was expecting to pay at least £100 so if I can get a decent one for less even better!

I'm trying to think how long I've had my parlux, 4-5 years I think and still like new.

Parlux it is then! Thank you Grin
