Does anyone know of a waterproof foundation or bb cream ?

I'm going on holiday and have roseaca ( sp) and would like something to even it out as swimming makes it more pronounced . I can't seem to find any in the shops so I guess it's not something that most people use 😬

It was designed for the film industry. It's very full coverage (maybe too full tbh).
