I know the etiquette for weddings is generally to not wear white but is it the same with an engagement party?
I'm going to an engagement party tonight and have a few outfits in mind so it's not a problem if you aren't supposed to wear white, I just wanted to know which outfits to rule out 
Was thinking white skirt + colourful top or colourful skirt + white top or totally different outfit altogether?
